Privacy Policy

This policy covers channellegends.com, play.eyesometricstudios.com, and eyesometricstudios.com, run by Eyesometric Studios LLC. Short version: we built these sites to collect almost nothing.
We have no accounts and ask for almost no information
There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile on any of our sites. We do not ask for your name, address, or payment information on these sites. (If card sets are sold online in the future, checkout will be handled by a payment provider under its own privacy policy, and this page will be updated first.)
Stored on your device, not with us
Your decks, card collection, unlock status, player names, and display preferences are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. That information never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Deleting your browser data deletes it permanently; we have no copy and cannot restore it.
Live online rooms
When you play in a live room, your lineup and your moves are sent to our room service and stored there while the game is being played, so your opponent's device can receive them. A room exists for the game session; we do not build player profiles from room play.
The waitlist is by email
The studio site's waitlist works by email: the link opens your own email app addressed to our studio mailbox, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive the email address you sent from and your message. We use waitlist emails only to tell you about Channel Legends availability. We do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing us.
No advertising trackers
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics-for-advertising, or social-media pixels on these sites, and we do not sell personal information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information — such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs — to deliver and secure the sites, under its own privacy practices.
Children
These sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The only personal information we ever receive is an email address someone chooses to send us for the waitlist.
Your choices
Because game data lives in your browser, you control it: clear your browser's site data to erase it. For a waitlist email you've sent us, email us and we'll delete your address from the waitlist.
