These terms cover the Channel Legends arena (channellegends.com and play.eyesometricstudios.com) and the Eyesometric Studios website (eyesometricstudios.com), both run by Eyesometric Studios LLC, a Florida company. By using the sites, you agree to these terms.

What these sites are

Channel Legends is a collectible card game. The physical cards carry QR codes that open this arena, where the characters on the cards battle. The arena offers a free demo, solo play, pass-and-play on one device, and live online rooms. The studio website describes our products and runs a waitlist for the First Edition card set.

No accounts

There are no user accounts on these sites. Your decks, card collection, unlock status, and preferences are stored in your own browser on your own device. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that stored information does not follow you, and we cannot recover it for you.

Playing online

Live rooms let two players connect for a game. Room lineups and moves pass through our room service so the other player can see them while the game is being played. Play fair: no cheating tools, no disrupting rooms or the service, and no attempts to access systems or data that aren't yours.

Our content

The Channel Legends name, card artwork, characters, text, and website content are © Eyesometric Studios LLC. You may play the game and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute the card art, characters, or game content, or use them to make a competing product.

Your physical cards are yours. Buying a card set does not transfer any copyright or trademark rights.

The demo and the waitlist

The demo is free and shows a sample of the game; it may change or be removed at any time. Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about the First Edition's availability. It is not a purchase, a preorder, or a guarantee of price or availability.

Provided as-is

The sites and the arena are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and game results, saved decks, and stored preferences can be lost through browser or device issues outside our control. To the extent allowed by Florida law, Eyesometric Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the sites.

Changes

We may update the sites, the game, and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
